Cyclocosmia is a solo progressive metal project founded in 2011 by British music producer James Scott, and the project’s first full length album, Deadwood, was released in 2016, followed by the EP Immured in 2017 and the covers EP Adorned with the Circle in 2018.
Following a 5 year hiatus due to health issues, Cyclocosmia is returning in 2024 for one last, spectacular double album entitled …And We Will Move the Stars.
Cyclocosmia’s music brings progressive elements to crushing, melancholy symphonic doom metal, with unconventional structures, wide dynamics and experimental ideas married to raw emotional power. …And We Will Move the Stars takes the project’s music in an even more progressive direction, incorporating dozens of different musical styles onto 16 tracks.
